A healthy treat

 

Ingredients

Cocktails sticks

A selection of Kilmeaden Cheese

Fruit of your choice for example, pineapple, grapes, apple.

 

How to make it

  • Cut the cheddar into 8 cubes. Core the apple and cut the pineapple in to chunks.
  • Thread a piece of apple and a cheese cube on to a skewer. Repeat with pineapple and any other fruit you have selected.
  • Serve with some whole grain mustard for dipping.
  • Sit, back relax and enjoy
