Creamy cheesy smoked salmon tagliatelle prefect for a cold evening when your in need of some comfort food and a glass of wine.
Tagliatelle-3/4 nests per person
Tablespoon of flour
Fully Mature Kilmeadan cheese
Cream cheese-1/2 tub
Salt and pepper
How to make it
Put pasta onto cook as per instructions.
Make a roux with flour and butter
Slowly add in milk- just enough to make a liquid!
Add leek, salt and pepper and stir
Add cream cheese and allow to blend
Add grated cheese and allow to melt! Cheese amount varies to persons taste!
At last minute add chopped smoked salmon and squeeze of lemon juice!
Add pasta and stir well and serve!
