Delicious, easy to make lasagne



1lb mince

1 red pepper

1 red onion

3 garlic cloves

6 mushrooms

Tomato sauce & white sauce

Topped off with Kilmeaden grated cheddar cheese

How to make it

  1. Fry all the veg, mince and add in the tomato sauce.
  2. Put the dish together by place the mince between lasagne sheets in a lasagne dish.
  3. Top with white sauce then finally the best for last, grated Kilmeaden cheddar cheese.
